Pathways Program

Helping families find their way through early childhood support services with care and understanding

The Connect Pathways Program is here to support families with children ages birth to three years. We support families who may be struggling to access early childhood education and developmental supports, or who just need a helping hand to determine next steps.

If you live in the Penrith or Blue Mountains area, our friendly team is here to listen, support and help you feel confident as you support your child’s learning and development.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Every family’s journey is different. The Connect Pathways Program is designed to respond to the unique needs of your child and family, taking the time to understand what matters most to you.

Our aim is to build confidence in parents and carers, so children can access early supports and early learning opportunities that help them grow, learn and thrive.

The Connect Pathways Program may be right for you if you:

• Would like support accessing early childhood education or developmental support
